Polyurethane stone (PU STONE ) is a manufactured faux stone product. Polyurethane faux stone was designed to make a realistic looking stone panel that is extremely easy to install. To make these faux stone panels, the polyurethane is poured into molds that have been cast from real stacked stone.Polyurethane (PU) is a composite material made of:
(1) one or more layers of polymer resins joined by urethane links;
(2) awoven or non-woven textile backing such as polyester, cotton, nylon, or ground leather.
Material properties:
1. Real stone texture, realistic and delicate .
2. Green and environmentally friendly, pollution-free, non-toxic and tasteless.
3. lt is light in weight and does not require other mechanical coordination.
4. Fireproof and temperature-resistant, can be used in the temperature range of -20 degrees to 120 degrees.
5.Acid-resistant, sun-proof, and UV-resistant
6. Easy and quick installation,not need caulking, but can be installed directly with screws or gun screws.
